  1. Yes, two more rehearsals before we all depart. I will try and keep daily updates on events and news so everyone can be a part of the 2011 CCOC Tour and festival competition.

  4. Hello everyone. Just before we all pack up and get ready to depart on our great CCOC adventure here are a few bits of advice I have gotten from our friends over in Europe. The weather has been quite cool so pack some appropriate clothing, the theatre in Verona is outdoor so it could be cool. Also, make sure you all encourage your kids to drink lots of water and that they should make sure they ask for still water otherwise they will get fizzy water during outings (chaperones will make sure of this too). Also, the Harrison's, who have been in Europe for a week and a half now, said that they regret packing so much stuff and wish that they had packed only carry on cases for the whole family as moving around has been a challenge. Lots of undies and less clothing they said. Also, bringing some baby wipes might be a good idea too as some of the washrooms don't have toilet paper. Chaperones could keep this in mind and carry with them during the day. The washrooms charge a fee unless you use a washroom where you buy something. I just heard that it isn't unusual to need up to 30 Euros per week just to use the toilets. Anyway, that's it for now! Water, undies and baby wipes...on the menu :)
